Located in Little Havana Florida, That Girl Beauty Bar provides a range of services including trendy hair cuts, coloring, styling, makeup, nails, and waxing services. It was established as Iliana’s Beauty Salon in 2011 by Iliana Menendez and was recently rebranded by her daughter, also Iliana, who created a concept catering to girls and guys who want to feel fresh and beautiful while in a fun and exciting environment .
About Iliana Menendez
Also known as Ili or Iliana’s daughter!
She’s always encouraged living life to the fullest while loving and taking care of one self. Growing up in Little Havana Florida by her Cuban parents, her childhood was one that included an upbringing in the latin beauty industry.
After attending Journalism Grad School at the University of Miami, Ili decided that her life had to include beauty. That Girl is a beauty concept fueled by her latin roots created by her love for story telling and looking on point! The concept of being “that girl” is what we believe in!

We’re always up to date with the latest beauty trends. From normal short nails to coffin or almond nails, trust us when it comes to all your nail needs! Obviously we can’t leave our toes behind… Indulge in our signature pedicure spa services while enjoying a glass of Prosecco or a colada straight out of the ventanita next door.
